Home county

We're based in Warminster

Bucks County is home for us, so most jobs here are a short drive. That matters most when something goes wrong, like a leak after a storm or shingles in the yard. Call and we'll tell you on the phone when we can come out.

The houses change a lot from one end of the county to the other. Lower Bucks has a lot of 1950s houses in and around Levittown. Up county there are old farmhouses and boroughs like Doylestown and New Hope, where roofs tend to be steeper and the detail work takes longer. We price the house we're standing in front of, not an average.

Permits

In Bucks County, your township issues the permit

The county doesn't handle roofing permits. Each township and borough does, and they don't all ask for the same paperwork. Most want one for a full tear-off. We check with yours before we start and pull the permit when it's needed.

Weather

What a Bucks County winter does to a roof

Winter is hard on roofs here. Snow melts on a sunny afternoon, runs down to the cold edge of the roof and freezes again overnight. After a few weeks of that, ice can back up under the shingles at the gutter line and leak into the ceiling.

That's why every roof we replace gets ice and water membrane along the eaves and in the valleys. On a repair, those are the first places we check.

After a summer storm with high wind, walk the yard for pieces of shingle and look at the roof from the driveway for bare patches. If you see either, call before the next rain.

Replacing a roof isn't something you do everyday. But in doing so you want to make sure you have someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. When I met Rich and Jack from Dynasty Construction & Rofing they made me feel comfortable immediately. I knew they knew their stuff and they handled everything for me. I didn't have time to worry or doubt because their confidence and professionalism surpassed all my expectations. Jack walked me through everything step by step and answered any questions or concerns patiently. I definitely recommend them because they definitely have your best interest in mind.

I recently hired Dynasty Construction & Roofing to take care of some issues with my roof, including replacing missing shingles and recapping my chimney, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and showed up on time ready to get the job done. The quality of their workmanship really stood out and everything was completed with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The new shingles blend in perfectly with the existing roof, and the chimney recap was done cleanly and securely. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, which I really appreciated.

Rich and Jack & his team were outstanding! Their work is great & pricing is fair. We had a portion of our roof repaired that caused a severe leak (and hole) in our ceiling. They shared drone shots of the exterior as the work progressed. They also noticed other areas of concern & repaired at no additional cost. Jack also worked throughout the weekend to complete the inside drywall repair. Will definitely use for any future work! Highly recommend.

    Roofing Services in Southeastern PA

We tear off the old roof, look at the decking underneath, and replace whatever is soft before anything goes back down. New underlayment, new flashing, new shingles. If we find rot, you hear about it before it gets covered up, not after.

Chimney Repair in Bucks County, PA

Repointing, crown repair, new flashing, and full rebuilds above the roofline. We flash chimneys with step flashing and counterflashing. A bead of caulk where the chimney meets the roof is not flashing, and it will fail.

Deck Building in Bucks County, PA

New builds, board replacement, railings and framing repair. We pull the permit where your township wants one, which around here is most of them. Footings go below frost line because that is what the code says and because otherwise the deck moves.

Questions about roofing in Bucks County

Do you work in my part of Bucks County?

Probably. We're in Warminster and cover the whole county, from Bensalem and Bristol up to Quakertown and Perkasie. The towns we cover are listed on this page. If yours isn't there, call (267) 270-0791 and ask.

Do I need a permit to replace my roof in Bucks County?

Usually. The permit comes from your township or borough, not the county, and most want one for a full tear-off. We check with yours and pull it when it's needed.

My house is in a historic district. Does that change anything?

It can. Some boroughs in Bucks County review changes you can see from the street before the work starts, and that can include the roof. We check before we quote, so the estimate allows for it.

How soon can you come out after a storm?

Call (267) 270-0791. The phone is on 24 hours. If water is coming in, say so, and we'll tell you on the call when we can get there.

Is the inspection free in Bucks County too?

Yes, anywhere we work. We get on the roof where it's safe, fly the drone over the rest and show you the photos. If nothing needs doing, we tell you that.
