Most people have never seen their own roof. We fly a drone over it before we write the estimate, and we keep taking photos while the work is going on.

So you see the old shingles come off, the decking underneath and the new roof go on, without climbing a ladder. If we replace a sheet of rotten plywood, you'll have the picture of it.
