Before you let anyone on your roof

How to check us out

You do not have to take our word for any of this. Everything below can be checked in about five minutes, by you, before you call us.

  • The license number is PA215236

Pennsylvania registers home improvement contractors through the Attorney General's office. Put PA215236 into the state's contractor search and you will see the registration and its status. Then put in the number of whoever else is bidding your job. It is free, it is public, and it takes a minute.

  • We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation

Ask for the certificate before we start and we will send it over. If a roofer gets uncomfortable with that question, that is your answer. An uninsured crew on your roof stops being their problem and starts being yours the moment somebody falls.

  • We tell you where we are based

We work out of Warminster, in Bucks County, close to the Hatboro line. We are a service-area business, so there is no showroom to walk into and we do not publish a street address. The town, the phone number and the license number are the same here as they are on our Google listing. A contractor who will not tell you what town they work out of is a contractor you will have trouble finding in two years.

  • The reviews are on Google, not on our own site

Every review on this page was left on our Google listing. We did not write them, and we cannot edit or delete them. If you would rather read them there than here, the link is at the bottom of the page.

  • The phone is on 24 hours

Our Google listing says open 24 hours because leaks do not keep business hours. A ceiling stain that appears at eleven at night is worse by morning. Call when it happens rather than waiting until Monday.

The people who show up

Who you will be dealing with

Most homeowners who hire us deal with Rich and Jack from the first phone call through to the last walk-around.

The same two people who come out to look at the roof are the ones who write the estimate, send the photographs while the work is running, and pick up the phone if something needs a second look afterwards. That is the whole chain. Nobody hands you to a project coordinator who has never seen your house, and nobody reads your file back to you off a screen.

Behind them is the crew that does the work, and they are the reason the estimate and the roof end up matching.

You see what we see

We photograph the roof before we quote it

Almost nobody has seen their own roof. You see a stain spreading on a bedroom ceiling, or a shingle lying in the yard after a storm, and then a contractor hands you a number and you have to decide whether to believe it.

We fly a drone over the roof and photograph it before we write anything down. Every estimate, not just the big ones. Then we go through the pictures with you. If the decking under the shingles has gone soft, you see it go soft. If the flashing where the chimney meets the roof is a bead of caulk instead of metal, you see the caulk.

We keep photographing while the job is running, so the decking is documented before it gets covered and the flashing is documented before the shingles go over it.

It keeps us honest as much as it helps you. It is difficult to pad a scope of work while the homeowner is looking at the same photographs you are.

The part nobody enjoys

How we price a job

We do not quote roofs over the phone. A price given without seeing the roof is a guess, and guesses get revised upward once the shingles come off and somebody finds something.

What happens instead: we come out, look, photograph, and write an estimate that lists the scope, the materials and the price. You keep it. If you want to set it next to two other estimates, do that. We would rather you did.

We are not always the cheapest number on the table. Sometimes we are. When we are not, the gap is usually sitting in the scope. Is anyone checking the decking under the old shingles, or is it getting covered? Is the flashing being replaced, or reused with fresh caulk over it? A low number usually comes from one of those two lines, and you find out which one about four hours into the tear-off.

Three trades, one license

What we work on

Roofing, chimneys and decks. They overlap more than people expect. A lot of the roof leaks we get called out for turn out to be chimney flashing, and a deck that has started pulling away from the house usually takes the ledger board and some siding with it.

Running all three under one license means nobody has to tell you to go find a mason once we are already up there.

    Roofing

We tear off the old roof, look at the decking underneath, and replace whatever is soft before anything goes back down. New underlayment, new flashing, new shingles. If we find rot, you hear about it before it gets covered up, not after.

    Chimney

Repointing, crown repair, new flashing, and full rebuilds above the roofline. We flash chimneys with step flashing and counterflashing. A bead of caulk where the chimney meets the roof is not flashing, and it will fail.

    Decks

New builds, board replacement, railings and framing repair. We pull the permit where your township wants one, which around here is most of them. Footings go below frost line because that is what the code says and because otherwise the deck moves.

Four counties

Based in Warminster, working across four counties

We work out of Warminster, which sits in Bucks County, close to the Hatboro line. From there we cover Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester.

That radius is on purpose. It is short enough that we can get back out to a job if something needs a second look. A roofer who is two hours away is a roofer who will find a reason not to come back in February.

I live in Cheltenham PA, and Dynasty Construction & Roofing recently installed my new roof. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them! From start to finish, Jack keep me update with the pictures from the drone view and the entire team was professional, efficient, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Dynasty Construction & Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced roofing company. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!

Replacing a roof isn't something you do everyday. But in doing so you want to make sure you have someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. When I met Rich and Jack from Dynasty Construction & Rofing they made me feel comfortable immediately. I knew they knew their stuff and they handled everything for me. I didn't have time to worry or doubt because their confidence and professionalism surpassed all my expectations. I recently hired Dynasty Construction & Roofing to take care of some issues with my roof, including replacing missing shingles and recapping my chimney, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and showed up on time ready to get the job done. The quality of their workmanship really stood out and everything was completed with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The new shingles blend in perfectly with the existing roof, and the chimney recap was done cleanly and securely. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, which I really appreciated.

Rich and Jack & his team were outstanding! Their work is great & pricing is fair. We had a portion of our roof repaired that caused a severe leak (and hole) in our ceiling. They shared drone shots of the exterior as the work progressed. They also noticed other areas of concern & repaired at no additional cost. Jack also worked throughout the weekend to complete the inside drywall repair. Will definitely use for any future work! Highly recommend.
