Three trades, one crew

We tear off the old roof, look at the decking underneath, and replace whatever is soft before anything goes back down. New underlayment, new flashing, new shingles. If we find rot, you hear about it before it gets covered up, not after.

Repointing, crown repair, new flashing, and full rebuilds above the roofline. We flash chimneys with step flashing and counterflashing. A bead of caulk where the chimney meets the roof is not flashing, and it will fail.

New builds, board replacement, railings and framing repair. We pull the permit where your township wants one, which around here is most of them. Footings go below frost line because that is what the code says and because otherwise the deck moves.

There are a lot of roofers in this part of Pennsylvania. Here is what you can check about us before you call anyone, including us.
Pennsylvania registers home improvement contractors through the Attorney General's office. Our number is PA215236. Look it up. Then look up whoever else is bidding your job, because the registry is public and it takes about a minute.
We carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. Ask for the certificate before we start. Any contractor who gets uncomfortable with that question has told you something useful.
We come out, get on the roof where it is safe to, check the attic if there is access, and take photos. No charge for that, and no decision expected while we are standing in your driveway.
Scope, materials and price, on paper, before anything is scheduled. Not a number over the phone. Not a figure on the back of a business card.
Tear-off, disposal, new underlayment and proper flashing cost what they cost. When a bid comes in well under the others, something has been left out of it. Ask the person what.
Stop after any step
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
Tell us roughly what is going on. A leak, a section of shingles that came off in a storm, a chimney shedding mortar into the gutter, or a roof that is just old enough that you have started wondering.
Usually within a couple of days. We get on the roof where it is safe, check the attic if we can get to it, and photograph what we find.
Scope, materials, price. We go through the photos with you so you can see what we saw instead of taking our word for it.
We pull the permit if your township requires one, order materials, and give you a start date.
Four counties
We cover four counties in southeastern Pennsylvania. If you are near the edge of one of them, call and ask. We would rather tell you no on the phone than waste your afternoon.

Chester County →Photos from finished jobs

In their words
I live in Cheltenham PA, and Dynasty Construction & Roofing recently installed my new roof. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them! From start to finish, Jack keep me update with the pictures from the drone view and the entire team was professional, efficient, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Dynasty Construction & Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced roofing company. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
Replacing a roof isn't something you do everyday. But in doing so you want to make sure you have someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. When I met Rich and Jack from Dynasty Construction & Rofing they made me feel comfortable immediately. I knew they knew their stuff and they handled everything for me. I didn't have time to worry or doubt because their confidence and professionalism surpassed all my expectations. Jack walked me through everything step by step and answered any questions or concerns patiently. I definitely recommend them because they definitely have your best interest in mind.
I recently hired Dynasty Construction & Roofing to take care of some issues with my roof, including replacing missing shingles and recapping my chimney, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and showed up on time ready to get the job done. The quality of their workmanship really stood out and everything was completed with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The new shingles blend in perfectly with the existing roof, and the chimney recap was done cleanly and securely. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, which I really appreciated.
Permits, materials, and what things actually cost around here. Written for homeowners, not for other contractors.

Decks
Composite costs more to build and less to keep. Wood costs less now and needs sealing. How each holds up to PA weather, and when wood is the better call.

Cost and planning
Repair when the damage is in one spot and the rest of the roof is sound. Replace when the wear is everywhere. The signs of each, side by side, from a PA roofer.

Weather and seasons
What to do in the first 48 hours after a storm damages your roof, how insurance fits in, and the questions that separate a registered PA roofer from a chaser.
That depends on your township, not the state. Most townships in Bucks, Montgomery, Delaware and Chester counties require a permit for a full tear-off and replacement. Some allow a like-for-like repair without one. We check with your township and pull the permit if it is needed.
It depends on the size of the roof, how many layers have to come off, the pitch, and what we find under the shingles. We do not quote roofs over the phone, because that number is usually wrong. The inspection and the written estimate are both free.
Most single-family roofs in this area come off and go back on in one to two working days, weather permitting. A steep pitch, a bigger footprint, or decking that has to be replaced can add a day. Your written estimate gives you the expected timeline.
Yes. Storm and impact damage often goes through your homeowner's policy. We document what we find with photographs and provide the written scope your adjuster will ask for. We do not file the claim for you, and we cannot promise what your carrier will approve.
Yes. We are registered with the Pennsylvania Attorney General's office under license PA215236, and we carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. You can verify the license number yourself online, and you are welcome to ask for the certificate of insurance before we start work.
Usually within a couple of days for an inspection. Active leaks move to the front of the line. Call (267) 270-0791 and we will tell you the soonest we can be there.

Same four things every time. We come out, we look, you get it in writing, and then you decide. Call (267) 270-0791or send the form and we will call you back.
