Anyone should be able to use this site to read about our work and ask for an inspection, whether they use a mouse, a keyboard, a screen reader or a phone. We build it toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What the site does
- Every page starts with a "Skip to content" link, so keyboard users don't have to tab through the menu each time.
- Photos of our work have text descriptions. Decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
- Every field on the inspection form has a written label. If something is missing or mistyped, the form says which field and what it needs.
- The before and after photo sliders work with the arrow keys as well as a mouse or a finger.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, the site turns off its animations and the homepage video stays still.
If something doesn't work
We haven't had the site formally audited, so there may be problems we haven't caught. If any part of it is hard to use, call us at (267) 270-0791. The phone is on 24 hours. Tell us which page it was and what went wrong, and we'll fix it. If you were trying to book an inspection, we can take the details over the phone.
