This page explains what information Dynasty Construction & Roofing collects through this website, what we do with it and who we share it with. We're a licensed Pennsylvania home improvement contractor (PA215236) based in Warminster, PA 18974. If anything here is unclear, call us at(267) 270-0791.
What we collect
Most of what we know about you is what you tell us. Our inspection and quote forms ask for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your ZIP code
- The kind of work you need (roofing, chimney, decks or not sure yet)
- Anything else you choose to write in the message box
The form also records which page of the site you sent it from, so we know which article or service page you were reading. If you call us, we see the number you call from. If we come out for an inspection, we'll also have your address and the photos we take of your roof, chimney or deck.
How we use it
We use your information to call you back, schedule an inspection, write your estimate and do the work if you hire us. We keep job records, including photos, so we can answer questions about the work later and meet our legal and insurance obligations.
We don't sell or rent your information. We don't put you on a mailing list, and we don't use your number for anything other than talking with you about your project.
We only show photos of your house on this website, with the town named, if you tell us that's okay. We never publish your street address.
Who we share it with
We share information only when we have to:
- With the companies that host this website and carry form submissions to us, so the site can work
- With suppliers or subcontractors on your job, limited to what they need to do their part
- With your township or borough when a permit for your job requires it
- When the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, and it does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing on the site follows you around the internet after you leave.
Like almost every website, the server that hosts this one keeps standard logs of requests, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you asked for. Those logs are used for security and to fix problems, not to build a profile of you.
If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this page, including the date at the top, before it goes live.
Some links take you to other sites, such as our Google Business Profile. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and this one doesn't cover them.
How long we keep it
If you send a form and don't hire us, we keep your details only as long as we need to follow up. If we do work for you, we keep the job records for as long as we need them for warranty, insurance, tax and legal purposes.
Keeping it safe
The site runs over an encrypted connection, so form submissions are protected on the way to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care with what you give us.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Call (267) 270-0791. We may need to keep some records of completed work where the law or our insurance requires it, and we'll tell you if that applies.
Children
This site is for homeowners. It isn't aimed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
