How fast will you call me back?
Same day, and usually within a couple of hours. The phone is on 24 hours, so if something is actively leaking right now, calling (267) 270-0791 is faster than the form.
Will somebody try to sell me a roof in my kitchen?
No. We look at the roof, we go through the photographs with you, and we leave you a written estimate. If the roof needs a repair rather than a replacement, that is what the estimate says. A repair is a repair.
Do you charge for a written estimate?
No. It lists the scope, the materials and the price, and it is yours to keep and compare. We are not always the cheapest number on the table. When we are not, the gap is usually sitting in whether anybody is checking the decking under the old shingles. We would rather you found that out by comparing estimates than by wondering.
What if I am not sure whether it is the roof or the chimney?
Choose "Not sure yet" on the form. A good share of the roof leaks we get called out for turn out to be chimney flashing rather than shingles, and there is no way to tell which from inside the house.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractor license PA215236, registered with the Attorney General's office, and we carry liability insurance and workers' compensation. Ask for the certificate before we start and we will send it over.
