King of Prussia, PA
Dynasty Construction & Roofing replaces and repairs roofs in King of Prussia and across Upper Merion Township. We're based in Warminster and licensed in Pennsylvania (PA215236). Upper Merion requires a building permit with a roof addendum, and inspects the ice and water shield. Call (267) 270-0791.

Every photo here is one of our own jobs, and each one says which town it was in.
Permits
King of Prussia is in Upper Merion Township. A roof replacement there needs a building permit with a roof addendum, the township inspects the ice and water shield, and a dumpster on the street needs its own permit.
Local roofs
King of Prussia boomed in the 1950s, with developments like Belmont Terrace, Valley Forge Acres and Candlebrook.

Most King of Prussia houses date from the 1950s on, so the roof on yours has been replaced before. We check the edges for a second layer. If there is one, tearing it off goes on the estimate.

On an older house it's common to find some soft plywood under the old shingles. We photograph every bad sheet, show you, and replace it at the per-sheet price written on your estimate.

Wind gets under shingles along the edges and the ridge first. Architectural shingles are heavier than old three-tab and hold up better, but nothing is wind proof. If you find pieces in the yard, call us, and we'll photograph what's missing and tell you what it takes to fix.
Leak near the chimney? We do chimney work too, so we check the flashing, the crown and the brick on the same visit.
No guessing from the ground
We don't guess from the ground. We put a drone up, walk what's safe to walk, and send you the pictures. If the shingles are still flat and flexible, we fix the leak and you keep the roof. If they're brittle or curling across whole slopes, a repair only buys you time, and we'll tell you that. Either way, it's your call.
We come out, fly the drone and go through the photos with you.
Everything's on paper, including the per-sheet price for any rotted decking we find, so there's no surprise on the final bill.
We file Upper Merion's building permit and roof addendum, and the dumpster permit if it sits on the street.
We cover the beds, the old shingles go straight into the dumpster, and we check the decking before new underlayment, flashing and shingles go down. At the end we sweep the yard and driveway with a magnet for nails.
In their words
I live in Cheltenham PA, and Dynasty Construction & Roofing recently installed my new roof. I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with them! From start to finish, Jack keep me update with the pictures from the drone view and the entire team was professional, efficient, and completely transparent throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew exactly what to expect every step of the way. I would absolutely recommend Dynasty Construction & Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and reasonably priced roofing company. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience!
Replacing a roof isn't something you do everyday. But in doing so you want to make sure you have someone knowledgeable, trustworthy, and efficient. When I met Rich and Jack from Dynasty Construction & Rofing they made me feel comfortable immediately. I knew they knew their stuff and they handled everything for me. I didn't have time to worry or doubt because their confidence and professionalism surpassed all my expectations. Jack walked me through everything step by step and answered any questions or concerns patiently. I definitely recommend them because they definitely have your best interest in mind.
I recently hired Dynasty Construction & Roofing to take care of some issues with my roof, including replacing missing shingles and recapping my chimney, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. From the start, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. They clearly explained the scope of work, provided a fair estimate, and showed up on time ready to get the job done. The quality of their workmanship really stood out and everything was completed with attention to detail, and you can tell they take pride in what they do. The new shingles blend in perfectly with the existing roof, and the chimney recap was done cleanly and securely. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job, which I really appreciated.
Price
We don't price roofs over the phone. Two houses on the same street can come back thousands of dollars apart. What moves the number is the size and shape of the roof, how steep it is, how many layers come off, how much decking is soft, and how much flashing the roof needs.
Our estimate often isn't the lowest one you'll get. If a bid comes in way under the others, ask what's missing from it. Usually it's the decking or the flashing.

Yes. Upper Merion requires a building permit with a roof addendum, and the inspector checks the ice and water shield. The fee runs $200 to $400 by the cost of the job.
If it sits on the street, yes. Upper Merion wants a separate trash dumpster permit, filed with the police. We handle it.
It depends on the rest of the roof, not the leak. If the shingles are still flexible and lying flat, fix the leak and keep the roof. If they're brittle, curling or bald across whole slopes, a repair buys you time, not a fix. We show you the photos and you make the call.
Yes. A lot of roof leaks are really chimney flashing. We do chimney work too, so it's one visit.
