In September 2021, an EF2 tornado with winds near 130 mph cut through Maple Glen. Most storms aren't that, but wind still gets under shingles at the edges and the ridge first. If you find pieces in the yard, call us.

We cover the beds, the old shingles go straight into the dumpster, and we check the decking before new underlayment, flashing and shingles go down. At the end we sweep the yard and driveway with a magnet for nails.

We don't price roofs over the phone. Two houses on the same street can come back thousands of dollars apart. What moves the number is the size and shape of the roof, how steep it is, how many layers come off, how much decking is soft, and how much flashing the roof needs.
Our estimate often isn't the lowest one you'll get. If a bid comes in way under the others, ask what's missing from it. Usually it's the decking or the flashing.
